My old one broke. I took it back to Nordstroms, hoping to have it fixed. Instead of shipping it off to be fixed, they just had me pick out a brand new one! Are you kidding?!?!!? I LOVE NORDSTROMS and my new watch!
i love nordstrom, too. i used to work there and they told us to do absolutely anything to make the customer happy. they even gave us permission to go out to lunch and discuss potential outfits with them. i mean, as long as they were outfits from nordy's. :)
Sweet. That's a plus for getting quality items, at quality stores. They take care of you.
