OK. I admit it. I have been slacking on the gym for the past month, but who hasn't? I finally went back about a week ago.
I am trying an old stategy of mine, showering at the gym. I find that if I stretch, sit in the sauna, shower and take my time getting dressed at the gym, I am much more likely to go. It is kinda like a spa visit 5 days a week. Nice.
I have a great appreciation their child-care room.
Good for you getting back in there. After I ran my marathon on December 6th I took some time off to recuperate and the few times I've tried to run since were still followed by too much aching and pains. I hope to be back at it soon though! I miss it terribly!
